For some reason, the latest things we’ve been selling on [http://lhpto.org/store] aren’t showing up with the item names and quantities in PayPal, though the initial item we offered for sale did pass that information through to PayPal. Is there a setting for this or why might this be happening?
Previously, the items and quantities appeared like this: http://images.tipsandtricks-hq.com/forum-images/instruction/how-paypal-lists-item-details-of-a-transaction.jpg
But now that table with the items and quantities isn’t appearing at all. All we’re getting is the total paid.
Hi, Please post a link to the page where you have the buy button for the product so I can inspect it.
Are you using add to cart type buttons or buy now type buttons? Which of the following documentation did you use to create the button in question?
