eStore – product images not displaying (when images are hosted on s3)

Hi, I am using WP Offload S3 to my serve images from the cloud – the images are being shown everywhere else but the index page with the shortcode links – yet if I click on the image it shows.

I can see the images on the back end in the Manage products admin page – they are displaying as they should be.

I am using WP 4.8.3

WP eStore Version 7.4.4

WP eMember Version 9.1.4

Any idea what might fix this?

Go to the eStore settings menu and uncheck the “Enable Smart Thumbnail Option” option then save it. That option only works if the image is hosted on your server (otherwise it can’t manipulate that image when it is on an external server).
