Hi,
Some customers want to pay with credit card. But when they click on the eStore payment button, sometimes it opens a PayPal page where it offers them to pay with credit card without having account at PayPal:

and sometimes only with PayPal:

I would think that it depends if the user has some cookies on their computer telling PayPal that they have an account, but not: both of these testing people have a PayPal account, but both of them consistently have these suggestions of payment.
Is there a way to set up in the eStore plugin something in such a way that it will always, for everyone suggest paying with credit card without having a PayPal account?
Thank you!
It has nothing to do with cookies or anything on the eStore side. Do you have a verified PayPal Business account? Have you tried calling PayPal support?
I will try to call them on Monday. Why I asked you now, is it’s the same site, people connect to the same PayPal account, so it shouldn’t really matter if it’s verified or not etc., since for one of them the option is shown, so in principle it works at least in some cases. I just thought maybe you, when opening the PayPal site, can somehow control which options are shown there.
If any cookies or other mechanisms are in play, it is most likely on the PayPal side:

Also, are the 2 examples from the same country? PayPal sometimes forces buyers from certain countries to only use PayPal accounts.
Thank you, very helpful suggestions. Now I know what to ask there at PayPal.
Use the following addon and that will do it:
You’re amazing! Thank you!
