Which debug file should show me that emails are successfully sent after sending customers download links through the admin? I’ve successfully sent these types of emails but cannot find any record of this in the debug files.
Sending an email through the Admin Functions will not generate a debug log entry; because if there was going to be an error during the send process, you’d see it when you clicked the “send” button.
Please remember, the lack of an error message does not mean the email was successfully received by the recipient; only that it left the server.
I have a tech checking our server and DNS (reverse?) settings because most of our WPeStore/eMember emails seem to either be going to spam or not received at all. I was just checking to see if I was missing any valuable info via the debug file.
