    Hi,

    I want to sell a ticket on my site.

    The customer purchase and recieve the ticket (a digital pdf) to bring to the shop. I would like that the seller and I will be notified with an email when a customer has purchased the ticket, with the customer information.

    How can I do this, on only this product? I dont want the seller to get an email when I sell one of my other products, I only want him to get the email – when his ticket is sold.

    The reason is that he needs to know if somebody buys a ticket, also when I am on vacation.

    I hope to hear from you and that there is a solution for this. Sorry, my english isn’t good :-)

    The easiest solution would be to create some kind of email filter on your inbox, that would forward a copy of the seller email, if that particular product was sold.

    Also, eStore can send multiple sale notification emails to different email addresses.

    Enter the notification email addresses (separated by comma) in the “Notification Email Address” field of the eStore plugin settings.

    The first solution would be fine. But if I make a forward filter – I will not get the email myself.

    Admin:

    If I enter my partners email adress in settings/notification Email adress, then he will get an email everytime I sell a product. I only want him to get an email when this product specific.

    Will ther be other solutions that I can try?

    Most email services, like Gmail or Hotmail, allow you to create filters that forward and keep the original message.
