I setup a Coupon/Discount code for the case of “buy 2” get 15% off — using the Individual “Item Quantity condition is equal to 2”. I have tested this setting and it works great!!
However, now I would like to limit this discount to specific product/service — which is basically adding a 2nd condition to the discount code, e.g. adding the product name or ID as a condition.
I tried adding a second coupon with same name but with “Item Quantity condition is equal to Item Name”. I was hoping that the first and second conditions would be additive, i.e., condition 1 AND condition 2. However, this doesn’t seem to work.
Can you please explain how I can impose the second condition? In other words, I want to set the conditions: “Item Quantity condition is equal to item name” AND “Item Quantity condition is equal to Item Name”.
Thank you
Hi, at the moment we don’t have an option to do chained coupon conditions.
Is the chained coupon conditions capability in your development plan? If so, when might this capability be available?
Thank you.
I have a similar need where I’d like to have a couple of conditions for a coupon and not just 1.
Is this something that is being considered?
Also, I know there is an option to turn on “coupon stacking”, but this just allows the same coupon to be used multiple times (even on page refresh). Is there any way to just allow multiple coupons (maybe a setting that could allow a user specified number of different coupons to be used)?
As an example, the user would create 3 coupons and could specify that a maximum of 2 coupons could be used on the checkout page.
Thanks.
