eStore – how do i resend a purchase receipt

Is it possible to resend a purchase receipt? eStore has confirmation of the purchase, but the purchaser misplaced the receipt. Is there an admin function for this based on confirmation number?

Are you using our eStore receipt creator addon?

If you are using that addon, then yes you can resend another receipt. Go to the “Issued Receipt” tab and find the receipt that was issued to the customer in question and send him the receipt link again.
