eStore – How can I modify the product display to show a larger thumbnail?

By default the shortcode: [wp_eStore_category_products_fancy id=1 style=3 order=1]

displays a thumbnail of the product image.

The client would like to see a larger image as the default for the site.

How can I modify the thumbnail size?
