eStore – how can I limit sales to US buyers only

I’m using estore for physical products that must be shipped and I would like to know if there is a way to block or reject orders from international buyers. This isn’t technically an error, but I do not ship outside the US and it would save the trouble of having to cancel international orders. Thank you.

Is there any way to submit feedback to the author of the addon? I would love to suggest a possible future enhancement for a feature to select all countries. It took a long time to check that huge list of countries when I only want to ship to one.
