Tagged: empty cart, PHP Session
I had a customer complaint that said they could not add to cart, it was always empty. Every browser I test on seems to be working, so the only thing I can think of is that they have cookies disabled. Does eStore handle this in any way that I’m missing, via hidden form with the session id, etc.?
Trying to get all my options before I handle this.

What you are seeing looks more like a caching or a PHP session issue. Do you use any caching plugin on this site? Does your hosting provider use caching on their end?
