I am trying to set up a fixed handling charge of $2.50 per order on a store that uses PayPal shipping.
When I go into General Settings > Shipping & Tax Related Settings and add $2.50 to “Base Shipping Cost”, when I then add a product to my cart the $2.50 never shows up.
If I go into the product > shipping & tax and then add $2.50 and add the product to my cart, it totals $5.00.
How can I just have one handling fee of $2.50?
It’s because PayPal profile shipping overrides anything that is passed to it when you enable the profile based shipping in your account. Since you are using PayPal profile based shipping, have you setup the handling fee in your PayPal profile?
