estore – guest checkout not an option (paypal account is verified)

I can NOT figure out why Guest Checkout is not enabled. It is enabled in PayPal.

Here’s my shopping cart page (the 2nd is the estore cart). I purchased the estore plugin because I thought I would have some other options for the PayPal checkout method, but it’s still requiring an account creation. Please help! I want my users to have PayPal or non-PayPal checkout options. Thank you!
