Tips and Tricks HQ Support Portal › Forums › WP eStore Forum › WP eStore Troubleshooting › eStore Gift Voucher plugin displays full page in checkout overlay
When a voucher has no balance and the checkout process goes to the manual checkout display, the overlay popup displays the site’s full page layout – banner, navigation menus, footer, and so on – and the form ends up being longer than the window’s height. Is this the standard display?
I can’t give you link to view it because I don’t want the site to live with this problem. I have a screenshot I can send through.
I am using an iThemes Builder child theme, on WP version 4.9.4, eStore 8.0.1.
Is there a way to customize this manual checkout display so it doesn’t show all this extra page content?
Please use [https://pasteboard.co/] to show us any screen shots.
Thanks, wzp,

Since posting my query, I have managed to get rid of most of the extra stuff using CSS “display: none” for the banner, navigation and footer, but is there a better way?
Also, is there a way to reduce the number of fields required – like phone and address?
Thanks!

Thanks, wzp!
I’ll check with my client how important it is for her to limit the number of fields.
