eStore – free downloadable books in list of all books cause ERROR

If I use the shortcode

[wp_eStore_all_products_stylish:end]

then Free Downloadable books with a price of $0.00 shows with “Add to Cart” button and pressing this button leads to Error. The same happens when I use shortcode

[wp_eStore_category_products:category_id:##:end]

My questions:

1. How can I list Free Downloadable books together with others in “Category” or “All” lists?

2. How can I exclude the Free Downloadable books (or another category) from a list of all books?

3. How can I list only Free Downloadable books without adding MANUALLY multiple shortcodes [wp_eStore_download_now_button_fancy id=##] ?
