I am trying to activate eStore after getting fresh links for eStore version 7.4.3, but I’m getting this:
Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STRING in /home/content/28/5391428/html/wp-content/plugins/wp-cart-for-digital-products/eStore_utility_functions.php on line 683
We just updated our website to WordPress 4.7.2, and updated our Thesis theme to 2.2.4.1.
I suspect the php version of our server, since GoDaddy mentioned on a different issue that we were still on an “old” version of the server, though I’m not sure and would appreciate your help.
Hi, This issue would be due to your PHP version being so old. Please request your hosting provider to use a more recent PHP version.
You should aim to use PHP version 5.4+ on your site.
