I’m trying to have the checkout on my site using either Authorize.net or PayPal Pro (I’m transitioning and have both accounts at the moment). Clicking “proceed to checkout” goes to a checkout page called “Collect Details” but the page appears to not be sll secured. I’m using Firefox 22 and the “http” prefix is not shown in the address bar (address starts “www…”). The globe icon to the left of the address bar indicates the site is “not secure”. If I edit the address and prefix “https://” then the globe icon will update the site security info and say the site is “partially secure”. This is a concern because this is the page that collects the user’s credit card information. Is there a way to fully secure the page? Or is it related to my host (comodo certificate through hostgator, top-level site is secured but I am testing/transitioning site to subdirectory on the same domain [www.qetools.com/qet/…] the old site is old and broken)

Our plugins are capable of handling SSL pages so that shouldn’t cause any issue. Please share the link of a page where I can go and add an item to the cart then proceed to checkout page. This will allow me to see your collect details page and give you more info on where the issue is coming from.

The cause was my theme and not the cart.
