Hi – I am wanting to offer a 100% off coupon on my website for a product for all of my events (one sales page example: http://www.consciousdivas.com/admin/march-diva-date-night).
I added a coupon titled, “FLORENTINE” at 100% off, with a redemption limit of 8, and a 0 count to date, expiring in one year.
When I go to that sales page, you will see the coupon function is enabled. You can add in FLORENTINE to the coupon code field and it works.
But, then what? I need to make sure the order is processed so that the client’s name/email is added into our MailChimp account. It appears my only option is to click the “check out with paypal” button and when I do that, I get a PayPal error because there is a $0 balance when I go to checkout with PayPal.
Can you please help advise what I may be missing to get this to work?
Thank you!

March 1, 2013 at 1:19 am #54014consciousdivasMemberHi – I have the manual process working now. If you go to [http://www.consciousdivas.com/admin/march-diva-date-night] and enter in the coupon FLORENTINE, you will see it takes you to the eStore manual page.
However, now my next issue is that:
1) The person who had the coupon is not being added to MailChimp (yet paid members are being added just fine)
2) In my Manage Coupons section, the “Redemption Count” isn’t counting the coupon used. It still shows as 0.
Please help me solve this?
March 1, 2013 at 3:21 am #54015adminKeymasterGo to the manual checkout settings section of eStore and check all the options you want to enable for your manual checkout.
WP eStore Settings -> Payment Gateway Settings -> Manual/Off-line Checkout Settings
For example: have you checked the “Perform Autoresponder Signup” option in there?
Basically, check all the options from there since you want to use your manual checkout as if it was a full checkout done via PayPal.
