eStore – encrypted link displaying white page

Just set up an eStore with pay per view video downloads.

Using WordPress 3.4.2; WP eStore v6.7.4

Tested system with each inventory item, and all worked well.

Deleted initial 3 test videos from inventory, and encountered problems. Transaction appears to go smoothly, but when clicking the encrypted link to the video, it now displays a blank (white screen) with the URL [http://SITENAME/wp-content/plugins/wp-cart-for-digital-products/mask.php]

Attempt to diagnose situation by adding another video to the store inventory. The new item displays properly, and the encrypted link works properly. I realize I could do a workaround by reloading current inventory; but prefer a more simple solution and to know how to avoid the same issue in the future.

You are most likely using the old method. Please make sure to use the new pay per view method to sell your pay per view content. There is a video tutorial for this.

Thanks! Changing the target to “aprtp://…” seems to have done the trick.
