Hi:
I am using emember with four levels of payment (no free membership) with EStore for subscription billing of my members via 2Checkout.
I am a little confused how to set up so that:
a. Members can themselves choose to upgrade or downgrade their membership (which will take effect from the next billing cycle of 1 month)
b. Members can cancel their membership at any time (which will take effect from the next billing cycle of 1 month)
How do I set it up so that members can do this themselves without my having to upgrade or downgrade them or cancel their accounts?
I am putting it in my terms and conditions that there will be no free memberships, and no refunds … but if they cancel or upgrade or downgrade the new subscription amount will take effect from the next billing cycle of one month.
Also I am putting in my terms that if memberships are cancelled, people must sign up afresh to become a new member and old memberships cannot be renewed.
