Would like to know how to setup the following configuration of plugins.
I use a main site for affiliate management and eStore for people to purchase my products, services, and access to membership sites.
My membership sites are standalone sites with their own domain (different than the site with the store and affiliate plugins installed ) where I installed the eMember plugin.
I am having trouble figuring out how to link them together. All of the instructions I have seen so far have assumed that all the plugins are installed on the same domain / wordpress site.
Could you point me in the direction of the answer to this.
Thanks.

The plugins work in a WP Multi-site install just like any other WordPress MS compatible plugin. Some users have a slight misunderstanding of the default Multi-site behavior though. This post has more details:

The Tips & Tricks HQ licensing agreements permit you to install eMember, eStore and Affiliate Platform on as many sites as you own.

June 10, 2012 at 6:47 pm #45981brendastlouisMemberOk, how about wp-affiliate on one site (main site) linking to products on another site?
June 10, 2012 at 6:54 pm #45982wzpModeratorIdeally you would use the main Affiliate platform plugin on the same install/site where you are running your eStore. The other installs/sites can use the satellite affiliate plugin so it can receive the referrals.

I am just setting up something…regarding your answer above…doesn’t the satellite plugin make this possible? Am I mixing things up? Also, how can I get the latest satellite plugin (if that still works)?
Thanks in advance.
June 24, 2012 at 6:46 am #45984adminKeymasterHi, One important thing to keep in mind is that the satellite plugin is not a duplicate copy of the main affiliate plugin. So it can perform a few key actions but not everything.
With that said, yes it is worthwhile to setup the satellite plugin for what you are after. You will just need to activate the satellite plugin on the site where you need (DO NOT use network activate on that plugin). You can contact us using the contact form on our site to get a copy of the plugin.
