eStore – email link missing for digital product update

I am selling digital books in multiple formats using the digital product variations. When a past customer attempts to update their book they receive an email with no download link.

The email just has “Product download links:” and is then blank for the rest of the message.

I have several books available using digital product variations and none of them will send the updated product link. I have had this problem for some time and not been able to resolve it.

eStore version – 6.9.6.8 WordPress version – 3.5.1

Plugins:

eStore Order Management Addon (problem existed prior to installation)

Okay thank you. It is likely the digital variation configuration has gone wrong. Lets start by enabling debug. Please go to the eStore plugin settings and enable debug. Then use the download link sender feature from that page and then share the content of the “eStore_post_payment_debug.log” file so I can analyze it.

Thank you for the details. I have applied some changes in the extra shortcodes addon plugin which should solve this. Please download a new copy of the extra shortcodes addon and try it out. You can download the eStore addons from here:
