Hi, I’ve read all the threads about 0 bytes downloads and none of the solutions have worked for my issue.
Basically I have 2 sites on the same dedicated server, both of which have video products available for purchase. To my knowledge, both sites have been set up the same way and i’m running eStore version 7.0.8 on the latest install of WordPress.
One site works seamlessly, even movie files that are over 200mb download without a problem, however the second site seems like it won’t allow downloads of anything bigger than about 20mb – it’s the same server so i would have thought if one works then the other one should too…
I’ve tried different download modes, tried upping the RAM with a php.ini file, tried relocating the files, renaming, zipping… nothing has worked so far.
This is what the debug file states – it doesn’t appear to have any problems (unless there is something i’m not aware of)

Hopefully there is some suggestions that i haven’t yet tried that may work,
Thanks
May 6, 2014 at 4:22 am #62723wzpModeratorAre you sure the 2 sites are 100.1% identical? Plugins (all of them) included?
If the 2 sites are on the same dedicated server; then if the problem site is under /home/mysite/public_html where is the one that has no problems?
Please go through the following checklist:

I have found that the conflict is with Nextgen Gallery (Photocrati). Fortunately for me i do not use a gallery in this site so i can permanently disable it. Not quite sure what i would do otherwise…
