eStore – download links work in email, but not in thank you page

I changed prices to .01 and had my sister order digital items. The encrypted download links work in the email, but not on the thank you page. The error message is that “The request signature we calculated does not match the signature you provided. Check your key and signing method.” I checked the access key and secret access key and they are both correct. I have WP eStore plug-in 7.0. I placed [wp_eStore_transaction_result:end] shortcode on the thank you page and enabled the “Enable Transaction Result Display” in the settings. Everything else is working well, but I have spent hours trying to resolve this issue and have run out of ideas.

It seems like (from the info you provided) you are using amazon s3 download option? The error you are receiving usually means that there was an issue with the copy and paste of the s3 API key that you entered in the plugin’s settings.

Is your encrypted download links wrapping on the Thank you page correctly?
