Hello, for every purchase my customers make, the eStore download email is going to their spam, so I must manually provide the links again when they complain. This is making eStore completely pointless and is very frustrating. I’ve tried using a from gmail address, and then a domain-specific email address and nothing changes.
I have looked through the forum and cannot find a usable answer.
Please advise how this can be resolved.
Beyond what you’ve already read in the forums; You really can’t force an ISP not to route your email to a spam folder. It’s the ISP’s prerogative. You can ask your customers, perhaps on the Thank You page, to add your email address to their email Whitelist filter. That is the only 99% way to prevent the messages from going into the spam folder.
