I am having a 50% off sale for a few days and I want to temporarily change the prices. Is there a way to do this?

I was going to use an auto-coupon, but then people don’t see the discount until they add to cart.

Edit the product then change the price.

If you are thinking of doing this on a mass number of products then this option should help:
