estore – direct buy now to a checkout page

Hi There,

I have my products listed on the page using the following shortcode – [wp_eStore_buy_now_fancy id=1] … I need buyers to accept the terms and conditions and this is working with this shortcode, but I would like to redirect them to a shopping chart/checkout page where they can add a coupon code if possible.

I have my checkout page with shopping cart and coupon code functionality but I can not work out how to redirect the buy/enter now button to the shopping cart and keep the accept T&C functionality on the product page. When I change the shortcode to add to cart I lose the T&C acceptance functionality.

When you use the “Add to Cart” functionality the terms and conditions goes to the shopping cart (you don’t lose it). Make sure you have the “Show Terms & Conditions Checkbox” option checked for shopping cart.

You can also enable the “Automatic redirection to checkout page” option which will redirect them to the checkout page as soon as then add an item to the cart.

So the flow would be…

1) Your buyers clicks on the “Add to Cart” button to add the item to the shopping cart. They can add more items if needed.

2) Then apply the coupon in the cart to get discount.

3) Agree to the terms and conditions and checkout.
