MemberHi.
I’m using the squeeze form in several pages, each allowing to download a different product.
The two (free) products I’m offering are very different in nature (i.e. software download vs. PDF booklet), therefore the email wording (and subject) should be very different from product to product.
However, the Squeeze Form Email Settings allows for only ONE email message to be configured, and that is used for ALL products.
Is there a way I can achieve different emails for different products (or products categories) using the squeeze form?

ModeratorHave you tried using “product specific instructions” in the email template?

MemberThanks.
Will that work with the squeeze form for free products?
Will the customer now receive TWO emails – one as specified in the “Squeeze Form Email Settings” and another one from the Product Specific Instructions settings?

It “should” work. Try it and see.

They will only get ONE email. You are simply adding the email tag to the Squeeze Form email template; so that any product specific instructions will get included.

MemberThe Product Specific Info field does not support the meta links (e.g. {product_link}) but it’s good enough for me to construct the final result.
Thanks!

ModeratorThat is because email tags are not recursive. Because you place the {product_specific_instructions} email tag into the email template, you cannot place another email tag into the product specific instructions.
