My client is reporting that customers can no longer log in to paypal and pay after adding items to their cart.
I have enabled debug mode the but the ipn_handle_debug.log file is blank after a test transaction.
When the log files are reset they are still appearing as blank (no timestamp)
Running the latest version of WordPress with W3TotalCache.
eStore was working fine up until some blog updates were carried out by the site owner.
These included updating WordPress to the latest version and an iframed music player…
Hoping someone can help.

When you say “can no longer log into PayPal,” what does that mean? Customer can successfully go to the PayPal payment page and then they cannot log into their PayPal account?
Hi – Thanks for your reply. The report was as received from the site owner.
I have since created a test product and carried out a transaction myself and had no problem successfully going to Paypal and logging in so I am awaiting further feedback from the site owner.
