A page to re-download a purchased file was created. Customer complained that it didn’t work.
I went to page and entered the customer’s information. A processing circle appeared below the form. After several minutes the processing circle was still doing its thing.
The site is hosted by Bluehost. The re-download page is password protected. The results are the same with both Chrome and IE browsers.
Any ideas on what the problem could be?
