eStore customer not receiving license key after purchase

Hi I am having some issues with this, I installed the plugin yesterday for my online code store – xbox steam etc.

I have inserted the code to the buyer email {serial_key} they are receiving the email but it is missing the code.

This is what it looks like

Please ignore this post now – i had set the products to non downloadable stupidly, the plugin is working beautifully now, thank you!
