Is the credit token addon still available? I do not find it in the addon list https://www.tipsandtricks-hq.com/ecommerce/wp-estore-addons-list. Please advise.

I recently purchased the eStore and eMember plugins but also need to get the Credit Tokens Addon. Without it, the other plugins are of no use to me! I need all 3 pieces of software to set up my site!
The page that tells about the addon says to “Please contact us to purchase this addon”. So, I sent a query from the contact page and it is 5 days later and no reply.
I don’t know how to efficiently contact those in charge of sales. How can I purchase this addon if they won’t contact me back?!Can someone help me?
