eStore – Credit Card Default PayPal Checkout Option addon not working

I recently installed the Credit Card Default PayPal Checkout Option but it doesn’t seem to be working.

When a prospective purchaser gets to the PayPal page, although they get the choice of paying through PayPal or paying with a credit card, the default is always PayPal, even with this addon activated.

I have been accepting payments through PayPal now for several years, so my Merchant account (not sure what it is called) is working fine.

Looks like you are using “Buy Now” type buttons there. This addon used to only work with the shopping cart checkout. I have just added the option in the plugin so it works with “Buy Now” button also. I have sent you an update.

Make Credit Card the Default Checkout Option for PayPal Standard

I have just added the above AddOn but see no change in the shopping cart. Do I need to use a specific shortcode?

When I checkout from your site, I am given the option of using my credit card on the same screen as the PayPal account login:

The PayPal account login is for those who have payment methods already loaded into PayPal.
