eStore – Creating horizontal inputs for opt in download offer

Hello Team, I’m trying to get eStore set up to be used as a horizontal opt in.

Here is my page that I’m testing it on. The form is right under the header image.

I want the inputs to show up on one line like this:

NAME EMAIL SUBMIT

I have installed the stylish squeeze and it is not very customizable from what I can see. I tried customizing using CSS and was unsuccessful. Can you point me in the right direction as to how to go about achieving this simplistic horizontal layout?
