When I activate Estore is crashes slide deck and give me this error.
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 67108864 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 491520 bytes) in /home/bam/public_html/wp-content/themes/dt-nimble/plugins/options-framework/admin/options-interface.php on line 348
I’m not able to change menu structure or many other settings after activating estore.

You are running out of PHP memory on your server. Basically, you are nearly at the limit of your PHP memory allocation so as soon as you add a plugin or two you are going out of your allocated limit and the server is restriction you. Contact your hosting provider and request them to increase your PHP memory limit. Here is another post where another user had this same issue:
