eStore – Coupon gives an incorrect discount amount

Hello,

I am using WordPress Version 4.8 and Wp eStore Version 7.5.3.

I set up 94 discount coupons and they all work well except for one.

The coupon gives an incorrect discount amount. Instead of a 20% discount it gives a 10% discount. I am not sure what the problem could be because it is set the same as the other 20% discount coupons that work well.

Please let me know how I can solve this issue.

what EXACTLY are the conditions you are using for that coupon? Does it only occur when that coupon is used a particular product, or in combination with others? Finally, please post a link to a test page with a product, we can use that coupon on; along with the coupon code.

I managed to solve the issue by deleting the coupon and adding it again. It now works fine.
