Is there any way to set the [wp_eStore_sale_counter id=1] shortcode to count every Xth purchase?
Ideally, I’d like to set it up on a launch page where every 33rd person is going to get something pretty spectacular, starting at one (so 1, 34, 67, 100…) so my buyers can SEE how many of the Spectacular Things have been won, and I can then search through the purchase records and pull out my winners.
Thanks for any help you can offer on this.
Cheerfully,
Holly
No way to do this? It’s not the end of the world if there isn’t, but it would be cool to be able to show people how many of the Bonuses have been won.
You will definitely need some custom coding for this. Did you want to send them a special message (maybe some extra downloadable content) if the customer is the 33rd person?
You can create an addon that checks for this event (the customer being the 33rd customer) then it adds extra message/content to the purchase email that gets sent to that customer. use this form and I might be able to create something for you:
