Is there a way to make email tags conditional?
For example, I have this in a buyers email:
New License Key (if applicable): {serial_key}
However, I am finding the users who did not buy a product needing a license get confused when they see this:
New License Key (if applicable):
They wonder where their license key is.
THoughts?
