eStore – Click to Terms & Conditions link always opens new page

Terms & Conditions checkbox is enabled, I use Shopping Cart in the widget.

Any time I click to Terms & Conditions link a new page is open. The main problem is that when I for example remove all item from the cart (cart will be empty) on the page I am, then I go to another page, the Shopping Cart will not be empty. It seems that there are several Shopping Carts and there contents can be different. It is a bit confusing for me.

Maybe my setting is not correct. I use WP eStore Settings v 7.1.4, wordpress V4.0.

My website link: innosolve.hu. I test my site on a local computer under XAMPP, the situation is the same.
