eStore – Change item status to "Sold"

My client has customers who buy from her at shows, etc. Many of these items are in her online eStore. She doesn’t want to remove them, she just wants them to display as sold. How can we manually changed an item’s status to sold so it looks identical to when someone purchases it online?

Hi,

If by “display as sold” you mean that your client wants to inform people that the item is “sold out” or it cannot be purchased any more, then you can easily do this by editing the “Inventory Control” details in the product’s configuration.

Set the “Available Copies” to “-1” and this will display a “sold out” image for that particular product.
