Tagged: ccbill, payment gateway
Hello – I am using the Payment Gateway addon for CCBill, however I am having trouble.
Typically, CCBIll doesn’t allow transactions greater than $100.
But they have made a change to my subaccount that allows me to charge up to $200 for my products. However, I keep getting an error with my Buy Now button that says CCBill does not allow a charge greater than $100.
When I talked to CCBill about this, they verified the settings are correct. CCBill support said to check with you because: “Before I updated the system it worked, and it still does even after the update, but the WP eStore system appears to not be accepting the update of the max initial price of 200, and is not generating the link.”
The problem occurs on this page:
[http://muscleservice.com/wp/muscle-webcams/ryan-smith/ryan-smith-tributes/] for the first item and for any of the name your own price items, if the price entered is greater than $100. It works fine if the price entered is less than $100.
I’m using WP 4.1, WP eStore Version v7.1.7, WP Payment Gateway Bundle Version 1.9.8
Shortcodes:
[wp_eStore_buy_now_for_specific_gateway id=”2″ gateway=”ccbill”]
[wp_eStore_buy_now_for_specific_gateway id=”4″ gateway=”ccbill”]
Thanks for your help!

If CCBill made a change to your account then that change applies to your account only. Our plugin’s message applied to all standard CCBill account.
We will need to do a custom job for your install so it doesn’t do this price validation on your site. Please use the following form to get in touch:
