Hi
In category view [wp_eStore_category_products:category_id:1:end] is there a way to:
a. format the view like you can with individual products – fancy 1 fancy 2 etc.
b. More importantly is there a way to use Member Only Button in category view?
Awesome plugins BTW.
Regards
Dave

https://www.tipsandtricks-hq.com/ecommerce/wp-estore-shortcodes-and-functions-reference-460
If you protect the page that contains the shortcode, then only your members will be able to see and buy from there.
There is also the following option so you only allow logged-in members to do a checkout:
WP eStore Settings -> Addon Settings -> Only Logged In Members Can Checkout
The following addons has some members only type functionality that you can check also:

February 8, 2017 at 11:53 am #75119platothefishMemberThank you,
What I am trying to do is have a page of downloadable products (pdfs) [http://www.oxford-review.com/oxford-review-buy-back-copies/] for sale to non-members but so that a member can log in and download for free.
At the moment I am using [wp_eStore_category_products:category_id:1:end] to display the products. Where do I put the Members Only Download Button shortcode?
It appears that I have to build a page with each product shortcode (from the Members Only Download Button) listed separately rather than use category view. Am I correct?

Dave
February 8, 2017 at 10:55 pm #75120adminKeymasterIf you want to use ONE shortcode that shows different buttons based on the users membership (buy button for non-members and download button for members) then the only option is to use the following addon:
https://www.tipsandtricks-hq.com/ecommerce/wp-estore-members-only-download-button-addon-1718
That addon lets you create shortcode where you can specify what all the conditions are for each product that you put there.
You can’t use the category shortcode for that same purchase. The category shortcode doesn’t have any knowledge of eMember. It simply lists all products from a category that the users can browse and buy.
