Which product you are using (example: eStore, WP Affiliate Platform, eMember, PDF Stamper etc…)?

What part of the product isn’t working?
The buyer doesn’t get “thank you for your purchase” emails.
The seller doesn’t get “congrats, you have received a new purchase” emails.
Both of them receives receipts from PayPal on payed and received amounts.
I have troubleshooted according to the following tutorials:
I have also tried to send an email via the admin functions, without any success.
What are you trying to achieve?
I want the buyer to get “thank you for your purchase” emails.
and the seller to get “congrats, you have received a new purchase” emails.
What causes the error to show up?
No clue. It worked 3 weeks ago.
What version of the plugin are you using?
Version 8.0.7
Did you modify the plugin code?
No.

In the log file I see that the plugin successfully processed the transaction and executed the email sending code. The following log entries in the ipn log file confirms the email sending:
[04/24/2019 12:42 AM] – SUCCESS :Product Email successfully sent to lillay_88@xxxxx.com.
[04/24/2019 12:42 AM] – SUCCESS :Applying filter – eStore_seller_notification_email_body_filter
[04/24/2019 12:42 AM] – SUCCESS :Notify Email successfully sent to bestallningar@xxxxx.se
So it looks like you have an email delivery issue on this server (emails sent from your server is not getting delivered to the inbox of the recipient).
Please use SMTP on your site to send emails. It will help you with the email delivery issue.
