Which product you are using (example: eStore, WP Affiliate Platform, eMember, PDF Stamper etc…)?

I bought eStore plugin and created buy buttons on the following pages using the eStore shortcode inserter according to the tutorial video shown here https://www.tipsandtricks-hq.com/ecommerce/wp-estore-quick-setup-and-usage-video-tutorial-593.

Provide a link to the exact page where the problem is seen [removed after troubleshooting]

What part of the product isn’t working?

On all of the pages, the button redirects to PayPal card payment and it works fine on desktop. But on mobile device it redirects to a PayPal login screen. Please see print screen here dropbox.com/s/68tkj5u1p634n5v/IMG-1392.jpg?dl=0.

What are you trying to achieve?

How do I fix this? I want the redirect to be to PayPal card payment service. Not login service.

What causes the error to show up?

Using smartphone iPhone 5s instead of desktop computer.

What version of the plugin are you using?

    Version 8.0.7

Did you modify the plugin code?

    No.

    Best regards,

    H

On an ANDROID device, clicking any of your Buy Now buttons DOES present the buyer with a PayPal “Guest Checkout” screen, that allows the use of a credit card.

You might want to try clearing your mobile device’s browser cache; or try from a mobile device that has never logged into a PayPal account.
