eStore – Button Redirect Target URL Not Working

Hi, when I click on the Add to Cart button on my product page, it sends me to a page with this error:

HTTP ERROR 405

Problem accessing /m/m/shop/shopfiles/html/404.html. Reason:

HTTP method POST is not supported by this URL

However it puts the correct URL in the address bar. I don’t know why this is.

The product page of the website is: [http://www.christiangreypua.com/products/]

And the target URL is: [https://shop.spreadshirt.com/christiangrey]

That external site you are linking to is not accepting a HTTP post. So the standard button click fails.

Do the following to get around it.

Go to the following settings of eStore:

WP eStore Settings -> Advanced Settings

Then enable the “Use Link for Button Redirection” checkbox and save it.

That will use a standard link to send to the 3rd party site (instead of a button post) and that should work fine.
