eStore Bulk Discount Not Applied with Checkout Button

When I used a bulk order discount of 10-19 items, and then a customer orders 10 of them, it says that the discount was applied but that a total discount of $0.00 was applied. In other words, it’s applying the discount, but not giving any actual discount. I have the rate set at 10 for the percent for 10-19 items.

Hi, Do you have any other “automatic discount” option enabled in the eStore plugin?

I have the eStore Bulk Shipping Plugin activated and using those to set bulk shipping prices. I have 3 different bulk order discounts being used (5%, 10%, & 20%).

I also have the “automatic discount feature” checked in the WP eStore Coupons/Discounts tab, so that customers who pay over $350 get free shipping.

Does bulk discount option work if you disable the “automatic discount feature” (under Coupons/Discounts tab)?
