We are using Paypal and Authorize.net on our store
We have 3 purchases in the last few days which showed in in Paypal, we received an email with the product we needed to ship and the sales showed up in eStore customers and stats
We had a purchase on 9-16, the transaction was processed with Authorize.net, the receipt we received did not have the product description so we could send the item. In addition, when we went in eStore customers and stats there is no record of the purchase. Please help
Do you get any error after a checkout is done via authorize.net? Do you have the debug option enabled in your site? If not please enable it. Also post a link to your products page so I can inspect a few things.
We received no errors at all.
We received an email from Authorize.net with no product information so we don’t know what to ship.
The sale went through fine to authorize.net nothing showed up in Estore

I was just looking at your debug log file data and it looks like this stopped working recently. I can see that in the past the authorize.net transactions were processed by the plugin.
Right now, the plugin is not even receiving any notification from authorize.net. What changes have you made in your authorize.net merchant account? Do you have the payment notification option enabled there? Some changes were made recently that made it stop so if you can tell me what it is then I will have a better idea of where the issue is coming from.
