eStore – Any Other World Shipping Methods?

I work with a client that ships all over the world. He despises using PayPal shipping to do his shipping. He doesn’t want to go through each country and list shipping based on weight. I gave shortcuts to do this in PayPal but doesn’t want to be burdened because “prices may change”. I explained that’s eCommerce in the 21st century but he feels this should be auto calculated.

Is there a way to have shipping auto calculated, by weight, for this product? Something that I can attach to PayPal and be done and be valid all over the world?
