eStore – amt based ship and bulk shipping don't appear to be working on product

In using either the Amount Based Shipping and Bulk shipping addons, they don’t appear to be working. I have setup a range and then set the Product ID to the first product ID 1. When I add the proper number of items in the cart or proper amount in the cart, there is no change in shipping cost.

I am guessing I am doing something wrong. I have checked and rechecked. Must be something simple I am missing.

if you order 5-9 items it shipping amount should be $5.25

If you order 10-15 items shipping amount should be 6.45

It isn’t overriding the default values…

Thanks. I checked the button code. It looks like the digital flag is set for that item which means eStore is considering it as a digital product. Do you have the “Downloadable” option enabled for that product?

that was it! Thanks. BTW I don’t believe that I checked that box. I am not planning on down any digital downloads so I wonder if it was checked by default. Anyway it is working correctly now.
