    Hi There, The WP eStore Amount Based Shipping AddOn does not add shipping to the cart.

    I have installed the WP eStore along with the Amount Based Shipping addon I bought from you yesterday through WordPress- version 4.2.3.

    I have setup the shipping parameters as per the site instructions with min and max prices and shipping amounts for the price ranges and added the product IDs separated by commas which qualify for this, all to no avail.

    I have followed all the instructions on this page:

    My site page is here, the add to cart buttons add the price fine, but does not add the shipping.

    Please check you spam folder. Also, it would have been sent to the email address used, when you purchased the plugin.

    Disabling the “Downloadable” option for that product fixed the issue. Shipping is now getting applied to the shopping cart.
