eStore- Amazon s3 integration showing an error

I have set up my Amazon s3 account and provided API and URI details per these instructions: https://www.tipsandtricks-hq.com/ecommerce/amazon-web-services-simple-storage-service-aws-s3-integration-1101

However, when I did a test purchase, the link sent in the confirmation email returned this error: NoSuchKeyThe specified key does not exist.gracegoals/gracegoals.pdf603B24CCAF65018AIsdljfqDn111KqsGHS3ivPKiw8ScqEzdavzQDt9bFv/6FZC71sHbQ/DWxk0aC54R18pQJrsLQFQ=

I have no idea where this error is originating as the API keys are correct in the AddOn section of the plugin. Can someone advise what I need to do to get the download link to work correctly? Thank you.
